About Privyuae

Privyuae sells discreet adult products to customers in the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai and the wider Emirates. Our products are intended for personal use by adults aged 18 and over only. Product descriptions are written to be honest and accurate and do not claim medical or therapeutic benefits.

Eligibility

To use this site and place an order you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By ordering you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Orders and Confirmation

When you submit an order, it is not immediately charged because we operate on cash on delivery. After placing your order, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number to confirm the items, delivery address, delivery timing and total cash amount due. Your order is dispatched after confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). The final order total is recalculated by our system from current catalogue prices and the quantities ordered. UAE delivery is included. Payment is made in cash on delivery only. No online payment, card, deposit or prepayment is required, and we never request or store your payment card details.

Delivery

We deliver across the UAE with no extra delivery charge and no minimum order value; see our Shipping & Delivery page for details. All orders are packed discreetly in plain outer packaging.

Returns and Exchanges
