Open the product page and confirm the model, quantity and specifications you need. The purchase area shows key measurements and controls where those are listed, along with the product price. Use the full specification section for details and contact us about information that is missing.
“Buy Now — Cash on Delivery” takes the chosen product and quantity to the order form. “Add to Cart” lets you keep comparing and order several products together. The checkout summary is where you review the items and total before placing an order.
Enter details the courier can use
Privyuae collects your name, reachable phone number, delivery address and city for the order. Entering a WhatsApp number in the checkout form is optional, but you need to contact us on WhatsApp after placing the order to confirm it before dispatch. You do not need to provide an online payment card or pay a deposit at checkout.
For an apartment, include the building name, floor and apartment number. For a villa, include the villa or unit number and any entrance information needed to find it. For an office address, identify the building and suite, and make sure the delivery can reach you at that location. Avoid an address made up only of a nearby landmark.
Check the phone number before placing the order. Our team and delivery partner use the number you provide to arrange the delivery. If you supply a WhatsApp number, use one you can access.
Review product prices and quantities
Prices and payments are in AED. The order summary shows the product prices, quantities and total before you confirm. UAE delivery is included for every product, with no minimum order value.
For a multi-item order, the total is the sum of each selected product price multiplied by its quantity. Review the amount shown at checkout before placing the order. No online payment is taken at this point.

Contact us with your order reference to confirm
After a successful order submission, the confirmation screen gives you an order reference and a WhatsApp button. Tap the button and send the pre-filled message to contact us with your order number. Confirm the items, delivery address, delivery timing and total cash amount due with our team before dispatch. Keep the reference so support can identify your order.
Order submission and confirmation are different steps. Contact us with your order reference to complete confirmation before dispatch. We normally dispatch within 1 day of receiving your order, and delivery normally takes 1–5 days after dispatch. The usual total delivery estimate is 1–6 days from placing your order, with timing depending on the city and courier availability. Keep your phone reachable for delivery arrangements.

Understand what private packaging means
Orders use plain, unmarked outer packaging without branding or wording that identifies the adult products inside. The courier still needs the recipient and address details required to deliver the parcel. Private packaging does not remove the practical need for those details.
If you need to ask about a particular handover arrangement, do so before ordering rather than assuming reception, a neighbour or another person can accept it. Available arrangements depend on the delivery service and address.
Ask about changes and returns promptly
If an address or phone number needs correcting, contact support with your order reference as soon as possible. Read the returns and exchanges policy before opening the product; hygiene-related conditions can affect which returns are accepted.
