Order Storage and Internal Notifications

Cloudflare hosts the store and stores order records in its D1 database. When internal order notifications are enabled, order details are sent through Telegram to the staff handling fulfilment. These notifications can include your name, phone number, optional WhatsApp number, address, city, ordered products, quantities and order total. They help staff confirm and fulfil the order. Discreet Packaging

Your order is packed in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no brand name, logos or wording that identifies the contents. The information shown to couriers is limited to what is required to complete the delivery.

Storage and Security

Order records are stored in a secure cloud database operated by Cloudflare (D1) and are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to personal data is limited to the team members who need it to fulfil your order. We keep order data only as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, delivery and customer-service purposes.

Cookies and Local Storage

Our site does not use advertising tracking cookies. Your shopping bag is stored locally in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. Your checkout selection is also stored on your device. We receive your order contact and delivery details when you submit the order form.

Optional Site Analytics

When analytics is configured, you can allow or decline Google Analytics through the site's analytics preference prompt. It is loaded only after you allow it. We use generic page types and ordering-step counts to understand visits, cart additions, checkout visits and submitted orders. Product names, search terms, order numbers, names, phone numbers, WhatsApp details and delivery addresses are excluded from these events.

Optional analytics uses Google's analytics cookies and sends limited visit and interaction data to Google. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. A submitted cash-on-delivery order is recorded as an order request, rather than a paid or delivered purchase. Declining analytics does not affect browsing, the shopping bag or ordering.

Your choice is saved in your browser. When analytics is available, you can change it using the button below. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection on this browser and clears its Google Analytics cookies; it does not remove data already processed by Google.

Subject to applicable law in the United Arab Emirates and your personal data protection rights, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
