Where We Deliver

We deliver across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Choose an emirate below for address guidance and delivery information.

At checkout, select a suggested city or emirate, or enter your town or locality if it is not listed. Include the emirate, area, building and unit details in your address. For destinations outside a main city, contact us to confirm arrangements and timing for the exact address before ordering.

Discreet Packaging

Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no brand name, logo or wording on the outside that indicates the contents of your parcel, so your order stays private.

Payment on Delivery

We operate on cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in cash (AED) when your order arrives. No online payment, card, deposit or prepayment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery Included

UAE delivery is included in the product price. No additional delivery charge. You pay only the listed product prices for the quantities ordered. The order summary shows your total in AED before you place the order.

Delivery Time

We normally dispatch within 1 day of receiving your order, after confirming the items and delivery details with you. Delivery usually takes 1–5 days after dispatch, so standard delivery across the UAE normally arrives within 1–6 days after you place your order. Our delivery partner contacts you on the phone number you provide to arrange a suitable time. Exact timing can vary by address, order confirmation and courier availability.

Missed Delivery

If the courier is unable to reach you, they will call or message the phone number you provided. Please keep your phone reachable so your order can be delivered. If delivery is not completed, our team will contact you to rearrange.
